Your text is 100% confidential and never stored in the cloud — with or without an account. It is used only in memory to generate your correction and is never shared, sold, or used to train AI models. We also keep a lightweight, anonymous daily counter (a hashed fingerprint of your IP and browser, tied to no personal identity) to enforce the 10-corrections-per-day free limit — that counter never contains any of your text.
Anonymous use (no account): nothing beyond the daily usage counter described above.
With a free account: account data (email, name, hashed password), your plan and monthly usage, billing/payment history, and API keys. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
To run the correction engine, maintain your plan and usage quota, process payments, send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, password resets), and prevent abuse of the free daily quota.
We use third-party AI providers to run the correction engine, Stripe to process payments, and an SMTP provider to send transactional emails. Submitted text is sent to these AI providers solely to generate your correction, and is never sold, shared for marketing, or used to train AI models.
Anonymous usage counters are wiped automatically every day. If you have an account, you can request deletion of your account and its data at any time via our contact page.
